* You must bring your passport with you.
If you forget your passport, you may be denied a place on the tour.
In such a case, we will not issue a refund.

* It is advisable to bring some cash and a credit card so you can buy food or drink and enjoy shopping during the tour.

=About the tour contents=

Q: What about the language?
A: We will lend you a translator free of charge. It can translate into 72 languages.
Since you will be taken to residential areas and farmlands, there are not many signs in English and few people speak English.
Enjoy a real society that has not become touristy.
Q: Internet environment
A: Since the translator also provides Wi-Fi, you can connect to the Internet anywhere.
However, due to the limited data allowance, please use Wi-Fi only for translation, posting on an SNS, web search, and in an emergency.
Q: What if you do not have the minimum number of participants?
A: We will provide a full refund.
Q: I have a big piece of luggage such as a cabin case. Can I bring it with me?
A: Since you will be transferred from the meeting place to the station by car, we may not be able to accept a large piece of luggage.
Please leave it at your hotel or a station, or use a coin-operated locker in a station.
Q: What kind of people join the tour?
A: Many of the tour participants are people who are visiting Japan for the second time or more.
Many wish to learn about the representative aspects of Tokyo and Kyoto and the essence of Japan.
Q: Can I buy souvenirs such as specialty products?
A: How about buying an amulet from a shrine or unique sake and vegetables while walking down the street?
If you let us know, vegetables can be cooked there and then.
Since the tour areas are not tourist destinations, there are no stores such as those at the airport.
Q: What if it rains?
A: In principle, tours take place even on rainy days.
If you wish to go cycling, we will lend you a raincoat and towel free of charge.
However, it is possible that a tour may be cancelled in the event of situations such as a typhoon or snow.
In such a case, we will provide a full refund.
Q: Are there any toilets?
A: There is no need to worry.
There are many places in the tour areas where you can use a toilet.
There are also toilets with a baby changing table.
Q: Do you accept groups with small children?
A: Please discuss this with us first.
Q: Are meals provided?
A: Meals are not provided on the tour.
There are a number of restaurants for you to choose from in the tour areas.
Q: Which season is more comfortable?
A: Every season has its own charm.
However, you may need more physical stamina during the midsummer (July-August).

Q: I believe in a certain religion, but would this not be a problem to visit a shrine or temple?
A: In principle, it's up to how the guests feel.
Note that shrines do not use any textbooks such as the Bible or Koran. They do not contradict the teachings of any specific religion.
Q: Is Shojin Ryori available?
A: Buddhist cuisine is not available.
Q: Is there any Halal food?
A: There are no Halal-specialty restaurants.
However, there are many dishes in Japanese cuisine that do not contain meat or fish.
We can make some recommendations.
Q: There are some foods I can't eat for religious reasons.
A: Please let us know. Although we may not be able to meet all your requests, we will search.

=About booking, payment, changes, cancellation=

Q: When and how should I pay?
A: You must pay at the time of booking, in principle by credit card.
Q: Will a voucher be issued?
A: No.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have made a booking.
Q: What if I want to cancel?
A: There is no cancellation fee in the event the tour is cancelled by the tour operator if, for example, they do not have the minimum number of participants.
There is also no cancellation fee if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator due to a natural disaster.
In the event of cancellation during the tour for various reasons, we will refund you depending on the level of content carried out.

For cancellations by the customer, the following cancellation fees apply:
10 to 8 days before the tour … 20%
7 to 2 days before the tour … 30%
The day before the tour … 40%
On the day of the tour (with notice) …50%
On the day of the tour (without notice) …100%
Q: Do I need to tip?
A: No.
Q: Can I change the date?
A: Please make a request to change the date from OOO. There is no change fee.
However, it may not be possible to accommodate your request if there is a scheduling issue.
If you then decide to cancel, it would be treated according to the above-mentioned provisions for cancellations by the customer.
